Spot the differences, every time you spot one, take a deep and mindful breath.
The goal of this exercise is to have fun and relax.

Circle the differences in the second picture and keep a tally of how many differences you find. Hint: There are more than 24.
You can do this exercise with a partner, take turns in finding the differences and each time one is found, take a deep breath.
