Terms & Conditions

Both parties agree

  1. The client and trainer/therapist/coach shall be both on time for all sessions/treatments.
  2. The client and healwell staff shall both give their best efforts to reach the client’s SMART goals. The client understands that to reach their fitness goals they need to actively apply and adhere to the advice of healwell trainers.
  3. The client signs the contract with healwell GmbH and not the trainer/therapist/coach.
  4. Should both parties agree (either in writing, orally, by continuing to book and attending sessions), this agreement will automatically roll over at the second last session of the agreement. healwell will then issue a new follow up package equal to this agreement. After the sessions are used, this agreement can then be cancelled at anytime, with advance written notice of 31 days to info@healwell.ch
  5. Should there be extended leave or major illness (by an absolute maximum of 3 months), session credits can be used after this date for the same length of extended leave or major illness.
  6. The validity of the packages is equal to the number of sessions in weeks plus two full months. For example, 13er Abo is 3 months plus 2 months, totalling 5 months from the first session.

Cancellation rules

  1. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Communication of cancellation after 20:00 will be responded to during office hours. At the time of any cancellation is made, the client will suggest & arrange with the service provider a new appointment time. The service provider will respond to the request during office hours.
  2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be automatically forfeited. This is non negotiable. However, the client may find a substitute person to attend the session at the booked appointment. Tip: Treat your appointment as if it was a doctor’s appointment.
